Quick Note. I you select more the 300 frames you comp will, WILL slow down quite abit when you try to open up your frames in IR. Your choice if you use more than 300 frames. III) This is where you're Premade folder comes into play, Save your selected frames: File >> Save As AVI or you can just press F7 [jb]: F7, Saved as: Bleach 042 now over to ImageReady. IV) Now, to open your frames in IR: File >> Import >> Folder As Frames V) Resize is, to 100x100 - Image >> Image Size. BTW to make it 100x100 you need to make sure Constrain Propotions isn't hightlighted. VI) You'll notice that your gif isnt at the right speed, this is because VDub duplicates alot of frames, now you have to go through your gif and erase all duplicated frames, to get it upto the correct speed You may find alot of frame are actually unessary so you can just remove them, like certain movements for example. Do so until you're satisfied with the finished product and then you're free to modify as you wish. VII) Now all you have to do is Save it.
